Precaution for use:

1. The 1700C MoSI2 heating element of silicon molybdenum rod should not be used in the temperature range of 400 ℃ to 700 ℃, so under this unfavorable condition, the component will undergo low temperature oxidation and damage the component.


2. The heating element of silicon molybdenum rod is suitable for use in air and neutral atmosphere. The reducing atmosphere such as hydrogen will destroy the protective layer, and the steam of chlorine and sulfur will directly damage the element.


3. Silicon molybdenum rods are somewhat softened at high temperatures (above 1500 degrees), and they are hard and brittle at low temperatures. In order to avoid stress during temperature changes, which is conducive to thermal expansion and contraction of components, it is best to use a free vertical hanging installation method . The disassembly and replacement of the hoisting components is more convenient. It is not necessary to wait for the furnace to cool down, and it can be replaced in a hot state.
